Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization and verification.

Business days are Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays.

Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping throughout the continental United States.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be delivered through USPS, DHL, UPS, or other qualified regional delivery partners depending on destination, logistics availability, and operational requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking information may require several days to become active after shipment. Carrier scan events may not appear immediately.

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery progress throughout transit.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in delivery delays, returned shipments, or additional reshipping costs.

If a package is returned because of an address issue supplied by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can occur.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to maintain reliable delivery performance, delays occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Examples include severe weather events, transportation disruptions, carrier capacity limitations, natural disasters, or holiday shipping volume.
